Business development executive
Requirements & Key responsibilities- 4 - 5 years of experience in IT industries.
- Decent in Written and Spoken English.
- Explore new channels to generate B2B leads
- Manage online marketing campaigns through multiple channels
- Preparing high quality drafts and tenders for potential new customers
- Undertake direct marketing from mailings, telesales to the web
- Develop value propositions and branding for new service offerings and be able to create and organize the production of all marketing material, presentations and case studies for existing and new services
- Handle lead nurturing through online marketing campaigns and lead nurturing process
- Management & developing of marketing plans and strategies
- Coordinate creation of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, newsletters etc.
- Social media channels management (LinkedIn, Twitter & Facebook In heavy users preferred)
- Advise businesses on domestic and international trends
- Complete weekly reports to measure individual and department's effectiveness and provide figures showing daily productivity
- Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database.
Software Engineer
Requirements & Key responsibilities- 1 - 3+ years as a full-time, hands-on software developer
- Proficiency in one or more of the following - Java, Php & Android
- A good understanding of OOP
- Ability to quickly master code base written by others
- Hands-on experience writing unit tests
- Super ambitious - wants to become a world-class developer
- Writing and debugging SQL queries
- Proven knowledge and experience in applying design pattern best practices
- Track record in independently delivering high-quality software based on written specs
- Resolve bugs, introduce enhancements and write new capabilities for multiple enterprise grade products
